Limited seven year product warranty

This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for seven years after original purchase. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially and does not apply to damage caused by fire, accident, misuse, negligence, stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components or normal wear and tear (including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration due to usage or sunlight). In no event shall K2 coolers be responsible for consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of a claim or due to use of a cooler. K2’s limit of liability will be the amount paid for the product at retail.

K2 Coolers, LLC reserves the right to change product models and designs. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. To make a warranty claim, products must be returned directly to K2 Coolers in adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain a Return Authorization Number submit your information by filling out the following form:
