HOW DO I RETURN MY K2 PRODUCTS?
K2 Coolers will accept returns on unused items for a period of 30 days after purchase.
Proof of purchase must be provided and customer is responsible for all shipping
charges to return the item. A restocking fee of 10% may apply. In order for a return to
be valid, you must first contact K2 Coolers and obtain an RMA number. Please call
